They have a different model than most large fitness membership companies by associating the name of their club with geography (New York Sports Club, Boston, DC and Philly) 63ish% of their fitness centers are in NY.
This guy looks like he has a lot of high-powered backing after his recent success with the turn around of Red Robbin and BJs.
