I don't have $25,000 on account so I'm stuck with PDT (Pattern Day Trader) rule... My question is say I buy a stock today and tomorrow sell that same stock, but after selling tomorrow buy the same stock again but hold on to it all day is that considered a day trade or would I have to buy and sell on the same day not sell then buy again on the same day for the rule to take effect?
