Any programs that allow you to buy/sell stocks without fees? (or minimal fees)

I am just looking into strictly BUYING and SELLING stocks. For now, not interested in puts/calls/options. I heard of Robin stock, or something to that effect? Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated from this excellent Reddit community.
