How likely is it that Oracle will purchase Netsuite? If you had Netsuite stock would you sell now or wait to see if the acquisition is successful?

I know Oracle loves to acquire companies, but there seems to be a lot of back and forth going on between these two companies. T Rowe price has pushed back and wants Oracle to buy Netsuite at 133/share, it's currently at 90 and dropping. I'm not entirely familiar with Oracle's purchases - what are your thoughts on the deal falling through and Oracle not buy Netsuite, or if Netsuite will keep pushing for a higher price. I know Larry Ellison (Oracle) is cheap, so I'm not certain if he would actually agree to buy Netsuite at a higher price.
