How difficult is to buy shares of Korean companies listed on both the Korean exchange and the NYSE (Posco, Korea Electric Power) in Korea and sell it in the USA?

I'm assuming it's possbile, but will I have to deal with a huge amount of paperwork and broker fees? I have bank accounts in and citizenship for both countries.
