Online Broker with Taiwanese exchange access for U.S Citizen?

Hi All.

Does anyone know of a broker that provides an online platform with access to the Taiwan stock exchange for securities trading?

Things to note

I'm a U.S. Citizen, living in the United States, who only speaks English (although I am willing to use google translate to sign up and use a service if they will actually let me sign up).

I've spent hours looking around online for this info without success. Hoping someone here might have some insight. Thanks!
