Is a company with one or two major buyer(s) a red flag? (RFIL)

This is straight from RFIL's 10-Q. Is this worrisome? Should I attempt to investigate further to find out who said buyer is and their situation?

"One customer who is a distributor, accounted for approximately 56% of the Company’s net sales for the nine-month period ended July 31, 2018. This same customer accounted for approximately 51% of the Company’s net sales for the three month period ended July 31, 2018. At July 31, 2018, this customer’s accounts receivable balance accounted for approximately 53% of the total net accounts receivable balance."
