If the total outstanding shares for company A is 100,000,000 and someone holding 50,000 share sell them at $23, do all shares get sold at that instance to someone or is there some formulaic way that those share get sold to multiple buyers at different prices where it equals out? Does it affect the price going up or down?
What happens if somebody sold 1,000,000 shares and people are only buying 1000 share at that moment?
