Stock Watch: What is the general opinion on Dough.com

Hi Folks. Noob here. I've traded stocks off and on for a while (nothing special) and am self-learning about options trading. With the amount of information and opinions out there I'm having trouble deciding which options trading platform to use.

If anyone has used dough.com and has an opinion or advice on it please respond here. Also, any other advice for an options noob will be appreciated.
