FOGL down 13%, HUR down 10%...what are your thoughts on oil and oil exploration companies right now?

I'm in a position with FOGL and may see what HUR trades at tomorrow before investing...

I'm new to the party here so wondered whether you would see this as an opportunity to buy and what your views on the current state of oil is right now
