Can anyone explain these company announcements? (I'm new)

Hey so I've been watching some stocks and hoping to buy in to some soon. Recently there was 2 company announcements.

"Ceasing to be a substantial holder from PPT" Then "Ceasing to be a substantial holder for VOC"

VOC is the company

I read the PDF's and I am really struggling, if anyone can help me that'd be great, thanks.
