I encourage you to write a more simple message than the one I wrote an sent, which included a business argument, because the bankruptcy court staff have seen fit not to place my motion on behalf of shareholders for the appointment of an equity committee into the Docket.
Sign it, and send it to the bankruptcy court. All you need for the envelope is "attn GTAT U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of New Hampshire 1000 Elm Street, Suite 1001 Manchester, NH 03101-1708"
