What is causing the current bull market and do you think we're in a bubble?

I'm just curious what is causing the current bull-market because the job market still isn't great, yet despite this the market has been going up sharply for 6 years now. The current price action reminds me of 2007 and 2000. Would love to hear all your thoughts.
