Question is for holding a stock 1 day, from open to close: Where is the ideal place to set your limit (profit taker)? I did a test of the market for about 3 months, and +.78% from open price was the most profitable. Too small a sample, and this was for S&P 500 only. How can I determine the optimal sell point for individual stocks (whose ranges vary)? Thanks
