Using an ETF (SKYY) to play NFLX Earnings report

So I want to get into netflix, but they are just too high for my comfort now.

I was looking for an ETF that held a portion of NFLX in their top holdings, I found SKYY that is trending near its 52 week high.

I am just curious about peopls thoughts and comments about ETFs and particulary SKYY ETF
