TopstepTrader, are they for real?

I'm trying to figure out if topstep trader is worth trying. There is mixed reviews out there. I know how to trade futures and pretty confident I can pass the combine. This guy at http://ift.tt/1XwSvRq seems pretty happy with the program. But I'm not sure. Please help
