IRAN says freezing oil's output is illogical. Hope for oil???

With Iran playing down the freezing of oil output, because they recently returned from being sanctioned, which means Saudi and Russia is still in the business of increasing production, what do you think will happen to the oil market this year? any hope for the oil price to rise again and be stabilized?
