How do I invest in a Taiwanese stock

Specifically HTC. I'm super new to stock trading but from experience I'm convinced virtual reality is THE future and HTC 'currently' has the far and away best soon to be commercial tech/experience. I'm a Canadian and I have a RBC trading account.
