Stock Watch: How often do you guys trade?

Are most of you day traders? Or do you do long term investing. What's your process for buying and selling and how often a day do you spend studying the market, buying and selling?

I'm new to this subteddit and I greatly want to be involved in the market, so any answers would be great!
