April 17th the set meeting to discuss production Freeze.

In less than 3 weeks, this meeting will be holding in Qatar, but will this really solve any problem?

considering that Iran, Libya and even the shale producers are totally guaranteeing increase in production. Do you guys really see any freeze coming?
