It seems the oil rally may continue.

The price of oil has surprised many. A lot of traders predicted that the outcome of the meeting on Doha will result to lower price of oil. But oil seems to be going bullish. Do you think this will continue? what are your thoughts? will oil go back as low as 30usd per barrel?
