Any advice on how to write a summary of a company; convincing that it is a good buy/sell position? (x-post)

From my understanding, this should include:

1) A description of the business

2) Discussion of it's market position

3) Outlook for the business (positive/negative points)

4) Buy, Hold or Sell recommendation (providing your reasoning)

Can anyone provide an example of such a summary (doesn't matter what company), or share any websites/books that might have similar examples?
