Has anyone recently bought historical data from this company (Quantquote)?

Hello,

I was looking to purchase some historical intraday data and was refereed by a redditor to this company quantquote.

The thing is that I messaged them a few days ago, Monday I believe and they still haven't gotten back to me so I am wondering if they are actually legit and not just some online storefront that takes your money/credit card info and gives nothing back.

Also I wanted to know about the quality of the data, did you find it useful? Was the format good?
