Are these trade recommendations legit?

I signed up for this newsletter after seeing it all over forums, including this subreddit, and it seems pretty professional. They provide 4-5 trade recommendations at the end of each letter and I was wondering if anyone knows if they are actually good? Thanks, just skeptical because its a free service.
