I was wondering if I could get some advice.

I am doing a school assignment soon using the stock market. We get 50k and are told to invest in the stock market over a few weeks. This will be happening later but I was wondering if anyone could help me with it. We only get access to a small portion but it's part of a government program and uses real, live data.
