Looking for new Charting software with L2!

Hey everyone. Im an active trader with 3 years + experience and have currently been using thinkorswim software for all of my trades. Due to their new security update, the software is no longer available for free.

I am looking for a new trading platform/ software that feature live level 2 and time and sales. I am not looking to spend huge amounts of money for this new software, but any suggestions will be taken into consideration.

I would also like this new platform/software to have a live interactive chart that updates by itself.
