Trouble understanding Google ticker graph for NYSE:FCAU

Sorry if it's a dumb question but stock seems to start at 11.55 and ends at 11.58 however the green overall says up .26 (2.30%) is this not on a daily basis? What is the green percentage? NYSE:FCAU
