Hello everyone!
I wrote a financial adviser (of sorts) in college (2013) and since then I have made an average of ~100% profit YoY, since then (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016).
If that sounds too good to be true, all I can only show you the proof (profit chart on webpage from 2016). I definitely got a bit lucky, and wouldn't believe it myself if it didn't happen.
Regardless, it's a very useful tool and here is my story, and the web app (http://ift.tt/2r0xOQJ). We just decided to make it publicly available, and we just threw up a mailing list. We plan to officially launch in June.
Anyone from /r/stockmarket who signs up for the mailing list will get 50% off when we launch (on top of a long trial period).
Given this sub is all about posting your opinions / analysis on stocks, bonds, futures, and ETF. I figured my app is a match made in heaven. As the system is literally designed to find other peoples opinion's, determine how much expertise they have, and then aggregate the data for my financial adviser (also part of the app).
You may be wondering, why aren't we starting a mutual fund? We still might, but for the moment, we felt we should gauge how other people feel about the application and help the little guy. Plus, we didn't want to deal with all the pesky regulations.
