When mother worked at one company a few years back she received some shares of that company as bonus. We receive quarterly statements, and we would really love to sell the shares but we do not have full account number (I don't know what happened to it) or her employee id (since she is not working for that company anymore). Is there any way to recover the shares on that account, and the account itself, or are those lost forever? Thank you!
