Newbie question. Just curious and interested to know how and does China take advantage in anyway on the Dow's recent high records and numbers....

Title more or less begs the question. With the recent Dow's hitting their all time highs. Does China, with their significant amount of US bonds and investments(correct me if I am wrong), have an advantage boosting their economy and currency?
