Are financial conditions "too easy" right now? Is this bearish for the stock market?

Just looking at Goldman's Financial Conditions Index, you'd think that things are "too easy" (which is usually the prelude to a big correction or bear market.

But if you break down the index, you'll realize that things aren't bearish at all.
