Eaton Corp ($ETN) trades on both the NYSE and the Frankfurt Exchange (as $3EC). I can’t find anything in its 10k, website, or google regarding its stock in Germany. Is this an EDR?

Been outta finance for the last 2.5 years since graduating and passing my series 65 (long story). Gotta write a short form equity research report to include in my resume and have gaps in my memory that I’m needing to fill in. Very frustrated with it and would love a little help on this!
