Just read an article saying that the current bull market may be the last. Could this even be possible?

I've been trying to find the link to the article but couldn't. Supposedly this guy made millions in the stock market, predicted recessions, housing market crash, etc. I thought as long there are companies doing business, there will be a cyclical market (upwardly oscillating between bull and bear markets)? Is it theoretically possible to have a "last" bull market?
