Need help for one of my homework question regarding Dividend discount model. How do I go about using the DDM to calculate the fair value estimate and how do I go about answering the second part of the question?

Question: Using the dividend discount model, calculate a fair value estimate of UOB and compare this value to the current market price. Advice if you would recommend your CIO whether the share should be purchased. You have to explain the assumptions made for all the variables that you may require to complete your calculations.
