Targets HIT on the $DJIA as the market continues its march to 25000. The $SPX hit its psychological level of 2700 and closed above for the first time ever. While we have not seen such a strong start to the calendar year in over 50 years, there is still some caution that needs to be taken at these levels. What are we seeing?
