Is there a way to filter out or help determine what is paid stock news?

Hi,

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to identify what new is an Ad and what is real. I have also heard that there are some news articles that have a bias towards a company and will write to give it hype or in its favor, is this true and how could I spot it before reading it?
