Arconic is really being oversold, think it is a good buy?

It's got a very high P/E ratio of 69.94. Its also outperformed in almpst all areas of its basic materials area. What do u guys think? I haven't put much out on this company for u guys buy I have done more research than just this. If there is anything that I am listening, please let me know? Thanks!
