I thought this would be an interesting one for this week being that the stock is up like 300% in the last 5 days:
Net Element is a disruptive payment technology solutions provider with its hands in the crypto cookie jar. They've recently appointed Jon Najarian (https://www.cnbc.com/jon-najarian/), professional investor and creator of many trading related applications and algorithms, to their board to help guide their strategic direction. Their most recent quarterly report implies they're on the brink of bankruptcy though, and they've diluted their stock excessively over the years. I'm using LazyFA in conjunction with sec.gov to dig into the financials at a high level as a starting point for research.
Here's my analysis
I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on this company. They've got some really cool POS systems for lots of different environments, but in terms of money for operations they're struggling to survive.
Do you Think Dr. J. will be beneficial or is this just another pump so that their most recent $7.5m investor can exercise their warrants and flush the stock back to penny-land?
