Looking to put down payment in 3-5yrs, should I switch up my 401K

Currently my employer matches up to 5% currently have about 7k in my 401k, should I sit down with a Advisor and switch it up? currently I have 100% invested in a Target Date 2055 fund. I'm new to this, any tips would be great thank you!
