Hello, I have put about 20 hours into learning Williams Fractals either through popular websites such as investopedia or the YouTube. I am still a little uncertain about the guidelines the indicator provides; my understanding is as follows:
In a bull market you use it to move up your stop losses, as well as know when to get back in and not get burned at the top.
In a bear market you use it to sort of trade the bounces and not get caught with your pants down.
I know there is more to this indicator than just the fractals, like some complimentary EMAs or something else; my question to y’all is what is the entire scope of this indicator? I want to know all of its capabilities and how to use it to its full potential. Links or personal explanations are welcome.
Thanks!
