What does it mean for SPY (screenshot inside)?

Just was looking through the order log for SPY on 4/2.

Basically someone put order for 2006601 of SPY on market close, if I read that correctly. The order didn't seem to be executed though. Does anyone know if that can have any impact on the market price?
