I've been keeping a close eye on GE since it went below $25. As of this morning, it quickly dropped to $12.90 and is now back up.
I know General Electric is not doing well: cutting jobs, facing fines in France for job loses, flaws in Carrier products, and overall downscaling the entire company.
Judging off of what happened in 2008 with the auto industry, I believe that GE will not DIE, but go into HIBERNATION for quite some time.
I'm not a professional, but I'm not an amateur. I want to invest in GE because I believe that 5 years down the line it will hit above $20.
Anyone else agree with me? What are your thoughts?
