What Do You Look for in an Investment?

I am big fundamentals investor. I only see stocks as businesses and invest like so.

I look for 4 big things when assessing an investment. 1) The ability to understand the business 2) Wonderful managers 3) Constantly high roe and low debt and 4) a purchase price well below intrinsic value.
