My international stocks are tanking due to Trump's tariffs. Is it time to sell and buy domestic?

Amberdeen Emrg Mkt Inst and Dodge Cox Intl Stk have put a big dent in my 457 plan. I'll start drawing from it in 8 years when I retire. Nationwide is managing my portfolio, but what are your recommendations?
