I know Amazon is a darling on the market. Since the beginning of this year I've been seriously considering buying Amazon, although it didn't sit right with me when a company with 17B in earnings assumes a valuation of nearly 900B. Even with consistent revenue and earning increases, it is hard to comprehend.
With this said, in no way am I questioning how much of a powerhouse Amazon is. The company is operated beautifully and prospects look great. I just think the market value might be 8 years ahead of it's time, which leads me to the question, why? Further, would investing in Amazon now be smart?
