To continue bag holding or sell what's left and try to recoup in other growth industries

Basically what the title states. I'm down massively on 3 companies I invested in back from nov-jan. All are down huge. -78% -75% & -95%

I didn't sell because I kept hoping they would rebound but haven't at all. They are all penny stocks and have been super volatile. Since their declines in Jan they have not rebounded at all and I worry they may take years if ever to get back to even what I bought them at.

Luckily I haven't invested a massive amount in any of them.

My question is, would you guys continue holding and wait for the possible chance of them to rebound or just sell what's left and invest in a stock or couple stocks that are poised to have some great growth?

My faith in the management has dwindled and the way these 3 businesses have been run are also red flags that I don't really trust them to be worth hanging onto for much longer.
