“Your account has been frozen by our compliance Department”

I’m new to investing, and I’ve been watching certain companies on TD Ameritrade and found one I figured I’d invest in. Am I missing something or doing this wrong? When I try to buy, it gives me the “your account has been frozen by our compliance department” message. What does this mean?
