If the US imposes sanctions on Saudi Arabia, how would you invest to benefit from it?

I was reading an article this morning saying the price of oil could potentially double, or even triple in the short term. Maybe making electric car companies a sweeter deal. This could also mean that investing in american oil could be really good as well.
