Private big firm was given 1 billion to acquire mu shares from Sept 5 to Nov 30 based on vwap,

• the firm pushed the price down
  
  • buy shit load of mu in mid to high 30s
  • push the vwap into low to mid 40s by end of Nov
  • keep the difference
