Where about do people get stock market information?

I'm just beginning trading. I just want to know where people get their stats in the stock market. Web applications like FINVIZ; where does it get its information? I've seen traders with large screens and a bunch of weird graphs and numbers scattered around the place; where do those people get that data? I'm looking for sources that are real-time and swift.
